I am overwhelmed with the many thoughts I have about this one unlettered panel. I have questions, I have theories, I have “feels”. But whatever happens, it is going next to my picture of Natasha-in-a-bulky-sweater sleeping by Bucky’s hospital bed as #reasons I read comics.
My dreams are the worst I’ve ever had. Images of the Winter Soldier fold in on each other — I see things I forgot happened, like a door unlocking in my mind. Torture. Slaughter. And training others in their use. So much horror. I wake up vomiting and don’t feel much better afterwards. My bad dreams linger…but I wouldn’t expect anything else.

Avengers New Event Preview set to This is War (30 Seconds to Mars)
I mean, it was intentional, right? So. Here’s my take so far. Yes, I added Carol and Wanda. Carol/Soldier-Peter/Civilian has been my thing since I started assigning characters to the song (and that started the first time I heard it, yes) so that was just going to happen, no apology. Wanda I had for Victim, which would round out the first stanza…but then I decided screw that, Wanda’s done being a victim kthxbai,and then I decided not to fit the rest (if we get more preview cards I’ll round it out then). Tada!
